Adjunct Instructor - French

Cardinal Stritch University is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach one section of Elementary French: FR 101 in the Department of Modern Languages. Elementary language courses would normally be offered across the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters. Screening will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. 

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Cardinal Stritch University currently is accepting applications for two Accounts Receivable Specialist positions in the Business Office.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing friendly and helpful services to students, faculty and staff.  These services include but are not limited to billing, maintenance and processing payments to student accounts, setting up payment plans, processing refunds, answering questions and offering assistance where possible.  This position is also responsible for proactive collections of outstanding accounts, charge table maintenance in Jenzabar, and preparing cash deposits.  This position provides support to the University Bursar.

Academic Advisor
An Academic Advisor is responsible for academic advising and graduation planning for traditional undergraduate students in the College of Business and Management and College of Arts & Sciences.  In addition, this advisor will advise students who are working towards acceptance into our nursing program in the Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing and Health Sciences.  This Academic Advisor will aid in retention activities by monitoring student progress, taking appropriate intervention action as needed and facilitate programs that aid in understanding degree requirements, career discernment and graduation planning.
Franciscan Servant Scholars Program Coordinator
This Office for Mission Integration at Cardinal Stritch University is currently seeking a part time (20 hours/week) Franciscan Servant Scholars Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Franciscan Servant Scholar Program including marketing, recruitment, co-curricular events, and the supervision of a Graduate Assistant.
Associate Professor - Psychology
The Department of Psychology at Cardinal Stritch University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a tenured track, full-time assistant professor of Psychology beginning August 2017. The position involves teaching lower and upper division courses in undergraduate psychology, including general psychology, personality theory, psychopathology, and counseling and psychotherapy (12 credits per semester).  The candidate will also be expected to teach courses (to be determined) in the graduate clinical psychology program. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the position will involve student advising, possible internship coordination, and other department and committee assignments.
Transfer Admissions Counselor

Summary:  The Admissions Counselor position serves as a recruiter and admission counselor in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.  The Admissions Counselor is responsible for managing all aspects of a recruitment territory and keeping the Assistant Director informed of the status and the progress of each of the tasks outlined below.

In terms of specific recruitment assignments, this position is responsible for recruiting and counseling incoming undergraduate transfer students primarily to the programs offered by the Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing & Health Sciences, but also the College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business & Management, & College of Education & Leadership.

Facility Repair Worker 1st Shift

Cardinal Stritch University seeks a Facilities Repair Worker to join the Facilities team.  The Facility Repair Worker performs all duties associated with and relating to the upkeep of the University equipment, buildings and grounds. This is a 1st shift position working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday and Wednesday, and Friday thru Sunday.
