University Registrar

The University Registrar is responsible for the oversight and management of the Office of the Registrar’s operation, budget, planning, personnel and technology. This includes training, supervising and developing a staff committed to excellence; overseeing the academic records of the institution; and monitoring academic policies, procedures and curriculum while ensuring compliance with all federal, state and institutional regulations related to registration and enrollment.  In addition, the University Registrar leads collaborative efforts to address problem areas and strategic planning for future enhancements to University systems and processes. Finally, the University Registrar is responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining and effectively utilizing the institution’s academic information infrastructure and technologies. 

Part-time Completion Coaching Coordinator
The Completion Coaching Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a completion coaching model for the University with the specific goal of increasing persistence, retention and completion rates for low-income and minority students in non-traditional business programs. The Completion Coaching model is intended to aid students nearing the end of their academic program through targeted strategies including the adaptation of University policies prohibiting completion, completion coaching sessions conducted by academic advisors and the distribution of completion grants or stipends as appropriate. The Completion Coaching Coordinator is a highly collaborative position and requires significant partnership with the College of Business and Management, Academic and Career Advising, the Financial Aid office, the Business Office and the Registrar’s Office. In addition, the Completion Coaching Coordinator will coordinate the model on a daily basis, and will be responsible for data collection and assessment of the model as well as needed reporting for the Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation College Completion Grant. This is a Limited Term position through July 2019.
Instructional Designer – Research, Policy and Evaluation Coordinator

The Cardinal Stritch University School of Continuing and Online Learning (SCOL) is searching for full-time Instructional Design Developer to fill this position.  This position reports to the Dean of the School of Continuing and Online Learning.  This position will support faculty in their use of engaged teaching and learning practices with and without the use of technology. Additionally, this position will conduct research on benchmarks, policies and best practices in similar organizational structures in higher education and makes recommendations to SCOL. This position is responsible for creating and executing evaluation plans and sharing recommendations to the Director and Dean of the School.

Instructor - Accounting / Finance
The College of Business and Management at Cardinal Stritch University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a non-tenured track, Full-time Instructor beginning January 17, 2017.  The position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate classes, college meetings.
Assistant Professor and Chair - English as a Second Language (ESL)
The English as a Second Language (ESL) Department at Cardinal Stritch University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a tenured track, renewable, full-time assistant professor and chair of the ESL program beginning August 2017. The position involves chairing the ESL program as well as teaching some courses within the program, and other duties such as managing the annual budget, hiring adjunct faculty members, and scheduling classes.
Associate Professor - Psychology
The Department of Psychology at Cardinal Stritch University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a tenured track, full-time assistant professor of Psychology beginning August 2017. The position involves teaching lower and upper division courses in undergraduate psychology, including general psychology, personality theory, psychopathology, and counseling and psychotherapy (12 credits per semester).  The candidate will also be expected to teach courses (to be determined) in the graduate clinical psychology program. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the position will involve student advising, possible internship coordination, and other department and committee assignments.
Transfer Admissions Counselor

Summary:  The Admissions Counselor position serves as a recruiter and admission counselor in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.  The Admissions Counselor is responsible for managing all aspects of a recruitment territory and keeping the Assistant Director informed of the status and the progress of each of the tasks outlined below.

In terms of specific recruitment assignments, this position is responsible for recruiting and counseling incoming undergraduate transfer students primarily to the programs offered by the Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing & Health Sciences, but also the College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business & Management, & College of Education & Leadership.

Facility Repair Worker 1st Shift

Cardinal Stritch University seeks a Facilities Repair Worker to join the Facilities team.  The Facility Repair Worker performs all duties associated with and relating to the upkeep of the University equipment, buildings and grounds. This is a 1st shift position working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday and Wednesday, and Friday thru Sunday.
