The Faculty Liaison in the Principals' Center at Cardinal Stritch University will coordinate professional development opportunities offered to school leaders throughout the metropolitan Milwaukee area.
The faculty liaison assists the Principals' Center Board of Directors with the planning of its annual program of services offered to school leaders. The Faculty Liaison is a visionary leader who understands the process of planning and implementing all aspects of professional development for adult learners. This includes, but is not limited to: planning; publicity/marketing; logistical arrangements; registration; and evaluation. In addition, the Faculty Liaison arranges for the optional graduate credits available for program participants from Cardinal Stritch University.
The Faculty Liaison serves as the financial officer of the Principals' Center. Specifically, the Faculty Liaison develops an annual budget, collects and deposits participant fees, processes all expenditures, and makes regular financial reports to the Principals' Center Board of Directors.
The Faculty Liaison is an effective communicator who is the face and implementer of the Principals' Center. The Faculty Liaison facilitates on-going relationships with the Principals' Center Board of Directors, the Cardinal Stritch University School of Leadership, school leaders in public, charter, choice, and parochial schools,the Department of Public Instruction, and other professional and community groups.
