Field Experiences and Clinical Placements
The
Office of Field Experiences and Clinical works with teacher candidates
throughout their program to secure placements for fieldwork
experiences.
It is a goal of the Office of Field Experiences and Clinical
to continue building solid relationships with area districts to provide the
best possible field experiences for all teacher candidates.
Teacher
candidates can be expected to be placed in a variety of settings and types of
schools, including public, private, charter, urban, suburban, and rural. Having
exposure to many different types of learning systems help our teacher
candidates understand education in a larger, global sense.
The
Office of Field Experiences and Clinical embrace the Franciscan values and hope that our teacher candidates demonstrate
these values to students, teachers, and staff in area schools.
