QEP Coursework Submission Policies and Procedures


The spring 2013 Coursework Submission Deadline date is: Wednesday, October 30, 2013. To receive credit for this course, your completed coursework must be postmarked/time-stamped no later than Wednesday, October 30, 2013.

The summer 2013 Coursework Submission Deadline date is: Monday, January 6, 2014.

To receive credit for this course, your completed coursework must be postmarked/time-stamped no later than Monday, January 6, 2014.

 

Postal Mail Submission

Students may submit their coursework via postal mail to Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 North Yates Road, Box 509, Milwaukee, WI 53217. The coursework must be postmarked on or before the submission deadline.

To have your graded coursework returned to you, enclose a self-addressed, self-stamped envelope, along with your completed coursework:

  • Send one envelope for each course you are taking.
  • Be sure your coursework properly fits in the return envelope. If the coursework does not fit in the return envelope you provided, the coursework will not be returned to you.Cardinal Stritch University and QEP will not supply you with a properly-sized envelope. You will not be contacted if the envelope you provided is too small to fit your coursework, your coursework will be stored by the University for one year, and will then be destroyed
  • Be sure the return envelope has adequate first-class postage. If the return envelope is insufficiently stamped, the coursework will not be returned to you.Cardinal Stritch University and QEP will not pay for the postage shortage amount. You will not be contacted by the University or QEP if your envelope has insufficient postage. If the coursework is returned to the University, it will be stored for one year, and will then be destroyed.

Students must retain a copy of their completed coursework in the case that coursework is lost or damaged. Cardinal Stritch University and QEP are not responsible for lost or damaged coursework.

Email/Electronic Submission

  • Students may email their coursework to Cardinal Stritch University. The coursework must be submitted/time-stamped on or before the submission deadline.
  • Send completed coursework to the Professional Development Department atconted@stritch.eduwith your first and last name and course number as the subject line. Example: Joe Smith ED 601
  • By submitting your coursework via email you verify that have read and agree/answered “Yes” to the terms and conditions found on the Student Information sheet.
  • Coursework will be sent to an evaluator for grading, via email, in the order in which it is received.
  • Graded coursework will NOT be returned to the student unless the student requests that it is returned.
  • Each student will receive an Evaluation Checklist with evaluator comments, points received/deducted and the final grade. The Evaluation Checklist will be sent to the email address that was used to submit the coursework. Cardinal Stritch University is not responsible for spam filters that prevent any emails from being returned to you.
  • Students must retain a copy of their completed coursework. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm the receipt of coursework. Quality Education Programs, the Professional Development and Licensure Department and Cardinal Stritch University are not responsible for coursework not being received due to technical difficulties or spam filters resulting in emails/coursework not being received by the University.
