The graduate tuition rate for the certification portion of this
program is locked, meaning that the rate will not increase provided you
stay continuously enrolled in the program. Not all schools offer locked
tuition rates, and you should be aware of that fact when comparing
schools' programs, which can significantly affect your total program
cost. If you choose to continue on with the additional eight credits
required for the master's degree, those credits will be billed at the
