NCA Approval
Master of Education (M.E.) in Informational Technology (Online Format)
The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of
Colleges and Schools (NCA) approved the implementation of the Master of
Education (M.E.) online graduate programs at Cardinal Stritch University
on Oct. 16, 2006. In the report, the Commission noted that "the
university has built a basic infrastructure to support online learning. .
." including supervision and support of the program, faculty training
in the online course management system and the logistics of conducting
online courses, and the implementation of a student portal to access
schedules, handbooks, and course information. In addition, “the budget
for the online Master of Education degree includes online development
and implementation, with funding for faculty training and support and
online course design. . . ."
