Undergrad Integrated Leadership Program

This program is designed for undergraduate students who want to understand the nature of leadership and desire to be influential on campus, in the community, and as professionals.

Through coursework, reflection, and action, students will experience the challenge of leading themselves and others to effect positive change.

Certificate Track: 12 Credits

To earn a certificate in integrated leadership, students must complete the following three‐credit courses:

• INLS 101 Introduction To Leadership Or FYE: Visions Of Leadership
• INLS 201 Personal Leadership Formation
• INLS 301 Organizational Leadership
• INLS 321 Franciscan Leadership
