This is the best site for informational handouts and exercises on common ESL problems. It includes a good list of links and resources geared toward speakers of specific languages. It also includes links to possible online ESL courses, chat rooms on ESL issues, tests, and information on grammar, idioms, and vocabulary.

This is one of the best and most in-depth ESL sites on the Web. It provides links to sites on listening (conversations, phrases, news), reading (vocabulary, stories, books, quotations, slang, grammar), teaching ESL (handouts, lesson plans, quizzes), pronunciation, business English, English for children, U.S. newspapers, and dictionaries (including a picture dictionary).
