Patrick J. Clemens

Patrick Clemens is the Director of Athletics at Cardinal Stritch University and Interim Chair for the Sport Science and Management department. Clemens began his academic career as the instructor for the Sport Management major with its inception in 2002 and developed the Master of Science in Sport Management in 2008.

Clemens brings more than 40 years of experience in athletics. He has served as the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club, Business Manager for the Milwaukee Rampage, Manager of Sports Central Limited, Olympic Development Coach in New Hampshire, California, and South Carolina, and Director of Coaching for the New Hampshire Soccer Association. Clemens graduated with a Masters in Sport Management from the U.S. Sports Academy and served on the NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches Association (MSCA) Executive Committee for seven years, concluding in the role of President. He is a member of the NAIA Hall of Fame.

April Daniels, MA, ATC/LA

April Daniels is an adjunct instructor in the coaching and athletic training programs. Daniels received her undergraduate degree from UW-Madison in Kinesiology and her master's degree from California State University-Chico in athletic training. She is also the head athletic trainer for Stritch Athletic Department.Daniels has a vast knowledge of sports as an athletic trainer for football, basketball, baseball, track & field, hockey, rowing, and soccer. She was the athletic trainer for an independent professional baseball team for two years. Her academic background includes teaching abroad in Namibia, Africa for three months while obtaining her certification from UW-Madison.

DoughertyMeagan Dougherty

Meagan Dougherty is a full-time instructor in the sport management and coaching programs. Dougherty received her undergraduate degree in communications from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and her master's in higher education administration from the State University of New York-Buffalo.

Dougherty was the head coach for Division I Women's Soccer at Canisius College and worked in the Marquette University Athletic Department. She also works with student athletes in establishing academic standards, working with at-risk students, and developing compliance, recruitment, and retention plans.

Dougherty was a member of the renowned Women's Soccer team at Chapel Hill that won four consecutive NCAA Division I Women's Soccer national championships from 1990-1994.

KaplanCorrine Kaplan

Corrine Kaplan graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in political science and outside concentration in business administration. She graduated from Indiana University School of Law with a specialization in tax and corporate law.

She was an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Law School. Kaplan began teaching at Stritch in 1988 with the College of Business and Management. She was also an adjunct professor in the Business and Economics Department before joining the Sport Management Department as a full-time instructor in 2008.

Kaplan has taught for the National Business Institute and Wisconsin Bar Associations Continuing Legal Education Programs. She is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Entertainment and Sports Industries forum and has been a contributing author for the Corporate Report Wisconsin Magazine.

David Snieg

David Snieg is an adjunct instructor in the sport management program. He received his Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a Master's degree in Sport Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Snieg has served as the Sports Information Director at Cardinal Stritch University the past three years. He has been instrumental in launching partnerships with media groups to promote university athletics and oversees game day preparations, operations, credentialing, official statistics, press releases, and all programs produced for the athletic department. Previously he served as an Assistant SID at both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Parkside.

Underberg, DanDaniel Underberg

Daniel Underberg is a full-time instructor in the sport management program and received his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's of Science degree in Sport Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Underberg has over 20 years of experience in marketing, manufacturing, professional sports, entertainment, and non-profit organizations. He served as Vice President of CKME Group Marketing and Entertainment and has been involved in event production, public relations, advertising, marketing and internet consultation. In addition to teaching, Underberg is currently the advisor for the On-Campus Sports Marketing and Promotions organization at Stritch.

Michael Zolecki

Michael Zolecki is an adjunct instructor in the coaching and physical education programs at Stritch. Zolecki graduated from St. Mary's University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and will graduate with a Master of Science in Sport Management degree from Stritch.

Zolecki was inducted into St. Mary's University Hall of Fame in 2008. After college, Zolecki was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and played AA baseball with the Rockies and Chicago White Sox for six seasons.

Zolecki is the head coach of the Wolves Men's Baseball team and is the coordinator of the NAIA-sponsored Champions of Character program for Stritch. He has coached 12 NAIA Region VII Scholar-Athletes and 11 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Conference athletes.
