Maggie Beckley is the Real Estate Manager at Aurora Health Care. Ismael Cardenas is a Regional Manager at Catholic Financial Life focusing on organically growing the organization’s membership and agency. Cardenas started in 2005 with the organization as an advisor where he helped individuals and businesses protect their families, assets and future by providing financial solutions to their worries. In 2006, Cardenas captured a total of eight awards. This has been the largest number of awards any recipient has received since 1958 when the career agency system was created. A few of the awards given were 2006 Top Rookie, Career Representative Life Productivity, 100 Lives Club, etc. Approximately three years later, Cardenas was promoted to District Manager were he coached and mentored other advisors. In 2010 he was recognized with the Most New Members Award, the Director’s Club which honors exceptional sales throughout the course of the year and he received the Silver Production Award and Quality Service Award from the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors (NAFIC).  In 2012 he earned the President’s Field Manager Award for exceeding the company’s goals.

Cardenas holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance from Marquette University and a Masters in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch. In addition to these degrees, he also holds an Associate’s degree in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) from Marquette University. Cardenas serves as an active member of La Casas de Esperanza’s Investment Committee, St. Alphonsus Parish Finance Committee, Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM), and a mentor for Nativity Jesuit Middle School.
 
In his free time, Cardenas volunteers at the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, UMOS, and various parishes. Whether he’s prepping high school students for the college experience, mentoring young students from local colleges, building urban gardens on Milwaukee’s east side, or pastoring at his church, John Daniels III has “a heart for collaboration that our city needs,” according to 40 Under 40 nomination papers submitted in his support.

When Daniels launched A.L.I.V.E. Inc. (Administering Life in Vocational Experiences) a decade ago, he personally funded it with his own resources. The organization started as a summer enrichment program to encourage urban youth to pursue careers in technology; today it is a multi-faceted vocational and leadership mentoring program with initiatives that include MKE Fellows, which encourages black male students to complete their college educations and return to Milwaukee, and Sow & Grow, which brings healthy food and urban gardens to emerging communities in the city.

Daniels is pastor of Old Mount Zion New Jerusalem church Milwaukee’s lower east side, overseeing an active community that serves the needs of Milwaukee’s homeless and sends relief funds to a sister ministry in Jamaica.
He also co-founded OneMKE, which works to form cross-cultural connections among diverse young professionals in Milwaukee.

My name is Jason Mikulski and I am currently an operations leader with Rockwell Automation and currently the Plant Manager over the Mequon and Middleton Manufacturing Facilities.  My plants produce a high mix of Low Voltage Drives, Kinetix 5700 Drives, Printed Circuit Boards, Dysc products, and we are the center of excellence for new production introductions in the Low Voltage Drive space.  My manufacturing team consists of 450 employees across 2 facilities and we operate in approximately 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space. 
I am originally from Chesterfield, Michigan and I spent the first 27 years of my life living and working in SE Michigan.  My wife and I started our careers and our family in SE Michigan before moving to Wisconsin in 2010.  My wife Amy and I have been together for 15 years and we have 3 children, Parker 13, Aubrey 9, and Greyson 4.  I hold a BBA and MBA from Walsh College in Troy Michigan as well as several professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt and CPIM.
