Federal and state
regulations require that all institutions of higher education comply with
existing state laws affecting the delivery of distance education (online and
correspondence) degrees, programs and courses.
These regulations may limit Cardinal Stritch University’s ability to offer distance education opportunities to students whose physical presence is in a state other than Wisconsin. As these regulations are continuously evolving, Cardinal Stritch University makes every effort to maintain compliance. Students seeking to enroll in an online education program who reside outside the state of Wisconsin, but within the United States, District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories (excludes international locations), should check the University’s state authorization status.
