2014 Alumni Awards
A celebration of alumni pride and excellence
Stations will be setup throughout the Joan Steele Stein Center that will feature a variety of options. This event will feature open seating - only award winners and the 50-year and 25-year reunion attendees will have reserved tables.
- Carving stations featuring rosemary turkey and beef tenderloin marinated in red wine lightly seasoned with salt and pepper; both will be accompanied with seasoned baby red potatoes, dinner rolls, horseradish sauce, whipped butter, cranberry mustard, mayo, and Thai curry mayo.
- Build your own summer salad station.
- Martini pasta bar featuring butternut squash ravioli topped with your choice of sautéed shrimp, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. Available in a white or red sauce.
- Dessert station featuring cascade of chocolate covered strawberries, assorted mini cupcakes and assorted macaroons.
Cocktail reception to include passed hors d'oeuvres and a fresh fruit waterfall with a variety of Wisconsin cheeses including blueberry and smoked apple cheddar.
Complimentary beverages will include soda, coffee, summer lemonades and waters. A cash bar will be available all evening featuring different domestic and imported beers and a variety of wines and cocktails including our “signature” specialty drink of the night.
