The Wolf Athletic Fund is dedicated to the support and promotion of intercollegiate athletics at Cardinal Stritch University. Receiving local and national recognition as both scholars and athletes, our men and women compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) under the guidelines of the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletics Conference (CCAC).
Student athletes have hailed from around the United States as well as from the United Kingdom, Germany, Africa, the Caribbean, Mexico, Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands and Spain.
In addition to participating in athletics and focusing on their studies, they are actively involved in the local community and with service projects such as the United Way Day of Caring and free basketball clinics for children at a mission in San Antonio and for Inupiat villagers in Kotzebue, Alaska.

- Stritch teams are achieving continued success, and the number of conference championships is at an unprecedented level.
- Student athletes are expected to excel on the playing field and in the classroom.
- They average a higher GPA than the rest of the student body.

Consider a Gift
Student athletics play a key role in campus life, and maintaining a high quality of competition requires community support. All athletes take part in fund-raising events to help cover the cost of the athletics program, but more support is needed to keep it competitive and to attract new students.
An annual gift to our athletics program can help students continue the tradition of success and provide the platform for future initiatives and achievement. Upcoming projects include locker room renovations, weight room expansion and improvements, advanced athletic training equipment, innovative technology and athletic field community expansion.
Become a Charter Member
Become a charter member with an annual pledge of $100 to the Wolf Athletic Fund and you will receive seasonal sports schedules, your name will be listed in the sports program guides and on our Sports Information Weekly e-mail alerts to the campus.
Athletic general support could provide funding for athletics scholarships, facility improvements and equipment.
Restricted gifts may include funding for a specific sport and/or program. Program support is needed for the following:
- Softball pitching machine
- Pro Pitching machine for baseball
- Indoor batting cage with net
- Spiking machine for volleyball
- Passing machine for basketball
(Restricted gifts over $250 may be subject to a 50/50 split)
