Our values-based training and passionate instructors support leaders as they take their journey from wanting to do more to actively doing more. Guided by a belief in the transformation of self, then systems, the Center guides determined leadership for willing leaders.

What began as a retreat of 55 community stakeholders in 2002 has evolved into a nationally-recognized training ground for corporate, non-profit, governmental, and philanthropic transformation.
