2013 Past Presenters

Leadership in Chaotic Times with Susan Marshall

Are your high-performing teams focused on the use of cooperation and coalition building? They should be. In today's world of conflicting agendas, political maneuvering and political correctness, successful leaders teach and practice the four C's: Courage, Commitment, Communication and Conduct. There is much debate around leadership and specifically the right kind of leadership.

In this session, Susan Marshall led us through a dynamic discussion and skill-building that participants were able to immediately implement with their high-performing teams.

Work Happy with Jill Geisler

In this session, Jill provided insightful perspectives on leading people through times of rapid change, and offered practical, step-by-step guidance to creating workplaces that bring out the best in all team members.
