Effective and diverse leaders embody the Leadership Center's vision for a Milwaukee community whose leaders have the vision and courage to step into the space between what is and what can be.

Leadership in Chaotic Times with Susan Marshall

Are your high-performing teams focused on the use of cooperation and coalition building? They should be. In today's world of conflicting agendas, political maneuvering and political correctness, successful leaders teach and practice the four C's: Courage, Commitment, Communication and Conduct. There is much debate around leadership and specifically the right kind of leadership.

In this session, Susan will lead us through a dynamic discussion and skill-building that you will want to implement immediately with your high-performing teams. Join us to learn how effective leaders build teams and create success.
