Information for graduates
Lineup of graduates at Frontier Airlines Center
Tickets are not required for guests. All participating graduates should enter the Frontier Airlines Center using the entrance located at 4th and Wells.
Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. for the 11:00 a.m. Graduate (Master's and Doctorate) ceremony. All participating graduates must be present at 10:30 a.m. for lineup. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. for the 3:00 p.m. Undergraduate (Associates and Bachelors) ceremony. All participating graduates must be present at 2:30 p.m. for lineup.
There is no secure place for purses, coats, etc., so please leave them with family or friends.
Commencement begins promptly at 11 a.m. for Graduate and 3 p.m. for Undergraduate.
Graduation/commencement information packets
Graduation/commencement information packets are sent about one week after the graduation application deadline. These packets include: Graduation Mass participation forms, graduation/commencement checklist, order form for purchase of cap/gown/hood, and Jostens products information sheet.

You may order personalized announcements from Jostens. Forms are included in the graduation/commencement information packet.
Participation in the commencement ceremony
If you want to participate in commencement, please follow the directions on the graduation/commencement checklist and order form for purchase of cap/gown/hood. Return the checklist by the designated date to reserve a place in line.
Ordering your cap, gown and hood
An order form is included in the graduation/commencement information packet that must be completed and sent in by the deadline to allow for processing. All academic apparel will then be available for pickup at the Stritch Bookstore beginning about two weeks before commencement. Gowns must be picked up before the day of commencement.
Diploma fee
All graduates must pay a diploma fee and return it with the checklist even if they will not attend commencement ceremonies. Checks must be payable to Cardinal Stritch University and should not include any of the cap/gown/hood fees.
