Faculty, staff, and students are invited to
celebrate the Christmas season with the University’s annual Tree Lighting
Ceremony on Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. in the Great Hall.
Together, the Stritch community will decorate and light the
University Christmas Tree and sing carols.
Stritch President Dr. James Loftus and past presidents Sister Camille
Kliebhan, OSF, and Sister Mary Lea Schneider, OSF, will lead the celebration of
our Franciscan heritage, which values peace.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place on the feast of St. Nicholas. A light continental
breakfast will be offered that morning from 9 -10:30 a.m. in the Leadership
Commons.
