The latest issue of Reaching Forward,
an online publication of Stritch’s College of Education and Leadership, is now
available.
Reaching Forward serves as a tool for
sharing news, promoting programs, recognizing individuals connected to the
college, and extending the reach of Stritch’s Franciscan values beyond the
classroom and into the community. The publication includes news about the
college and its efforts to prepare educators to lead in their classrooms and
communities, and provides educators and administrators information on best
practices and current trends and challenges in education.
In the fall 2012
issue:
- Dean’s Message: Dr. Freda R. Russell
- Stritch launches new brand, logo and website
- Two teacher candidates win scholarships
- Student Voices: Reflections on becoming a teacher
- COEL Voices
- COEL Advisory board update
- Bridging Theory and Practice: Searching for best practices
