Friday, August 23, 2013 4:50:00 PM

The music department invites faculty, staff, and students to participate in a variety of new offerings, including music and vocal ensembles, as well as individual lessons.

To support the University’s effort to build a culture of performing arts, the music department has created two new ensembles, in addition to those already offered. The Stritch Women Singers and Stritch Laptop Ensemble will launch in Fall 2013.

Dr. Eun-Joo Kwak, chair of the music department, is excited to offer these opportunities to the entire Stritch community.

“I hope people will take advantage of these wonderful music opportunities,” said Kwak. “It’s a great way to hone their playing or singing skills while performing with other members of the Stritch family.”

Registration is not required to participate in the ensembles. Students may be eligible to receive credit for individual lessons or ensemble participation.
