Dr. James Rickabaugh, executive director of CESA 1, will
present “How Do You Do It All?” at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Best
Western Midway Hotel, 1005 S. Moorland Road, Brookfield.
Dr. Rickabaugh will provide an overview of a variety of
current educational initiatives such as Educator Effectiveness, Smarter
Balanced Assessment, and Accountability Report Card with implementation tips
and advice for administrators on how to prioritize and balance the tasks at

school leaders and administrators the opportunity to collaborate in discussions
of relevant education issues.
registration fee is $30 per session if paid by Oct.1, 2013. Regular
registration after this date will cost $35 per session, paid on-site at each
session. Fee includes cost of full buffet breakfast and session materials.
