Thursday, May 02, 2013 3:30:00 PM

The Cardinal Stritch University Concert Choir, conducted by Michael Batcho, will perform its annual spring concert on Sunday, May 5 at 2 p.m. in the Nancy Kendall Theater.

The concert, “Sing We at Pleasure,” will feature madrigals, German part-songs, and traditional American music.

The audience can look forward to hearing songs in Italian, German, French, and English, as well as three movements from local conductor and composer Richard Hynson.

Batcho believes the varied and well-rounded repertoire, which will vary in mood and tempo, will provide something for everyone.

Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors, students, and alumni.

Current Stritch faculty, staff, and students will receive free admission with a valid ID.
