Stritch students are encouraged to attend “The Buzzed Brain: What to know and why you should know it” at 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11. The discussion, which will take place in Schroeder Auditorium, will be led by Mount Mary College professor Dr. Terri Jashinsky.

Dr. Jashinsky is an expert in addiction counseling. Her presentation will focus on the physical and psychological effects of drugs and alcohol on the human body and what they mean for students and athletes.

Students will have the opportunity to reflect on their own habits and learn how simple lifestyle changes can make them stronger, healthier, and happier.

The event is free, and all are welcome.
