Stritch’s own Clarus Piano Trio, featuring faculty artists
Eun-Joo Kwak, Timothy Klabunde, and Adrien Zitoun, will perform in the Nancy
Kendall Theater at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23.

The trio’s signature sound is a symphonic blend of piano
(Kwak), violin (Klabunde), and cello (Zitoun).
Each member brings his or her own expertise and talent to
the group, but they also love the collaborative dynamics of playing in the
trio.
“The enjoyment is truly in working out a new piece with such
talented colleagues,” said Klabunde. “We maintain very high standards for
ourselves, and everything comes together in no time.”
The Clarus Piano Trio was founded at Stritch in 2005 by
three faculty artists, including Kwak and Klabunde. Zitoun joined the group in
2009. In the eight years since its formation, the trio has performed throughout
Wisconsin.
The concert is free, and all are welcome.
