The Spring Phonathon is in the books, and by all accounts,
it was a success.
The annual event wrapped up in early April with 806 alumni
Non-donor participation increased to 19% of all pledges with
311 alumni making their first gifts to Stritch.
A record 20% of pledges were credit card gifts, allowing the University
to put those gifts to immediate use.
Stritch alumni generously contributed to both the fall and
spring phonathons, surpassing the University’s goal for phone-driven gifts and
Gifts pledged during the Spring Phonathon benefit Stritch’s Annual Fund
which provides support to the University’s highest priorities, including student
scholarships, faculty support, technology and other student-centered
Qualifying gifts will be maximized through the Alumni Challenge, which is
more than halfway to meeting its goal. When Challenge gifts total $50,000, all qualifying gifts will be matched,
dollar-for-dollar by our generous Challenge team.
Nearly $2 million of the University’s overall 2013-14 fundraising
goal of $2.35 million has been secured.
