Sister Coletta Dunn, OSF, Ph.D. (B.A. Education, ’60) received
the Archbishop's Vatican II Award for Distinguished Service in Education at a
special ceremony on Oct. 23 held at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in
Milwaukee.
Sister Ladonna
Woerdeman, OSF, (B.A. Home Economics, ’67) received the Legislative
Achievement Award from the Diabetes Care and Education Practice Group of the
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics at their Public Policy Workshop in
Washington, D.C.
Sue Felan (M.A.
Reading Language Arts, ’69) was inducted in October into Alverno College's
Vanguard Society, which recognizes Alverno graduates who have accomplished
extraordinary goals in their careers, in their communities, and in service to
the college.

Catherine (Schultz) Liska (B.A. Art, ’71; M.A. Special
Education, ’79) retired after a career in education and 27 years as owner and
operator of the Arte of the Needle store in Mequon, Wis.
