User Support Services
The User Support Services unit is the primary point of contact for all student, faculty, and staff technology-related issues. User Support Services is broken into three teams, the Help Desk and technology services, the Copy Center, and Administrative Instructional services. User Support Services is readily available to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide general information about the technology at Cardinal Stritch University.

Infrastructure Support
The Infrastructure Support unit provides implementation, monitoring, backup and support for all server and client-server applications throughout the University. Cardinal Stritch University provides a robust server infrastructure for its students, faculty, and staff, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as VMWare for efficient use of server hardware resources. Infrastructure Support strives to provide world-class systems availability that students, faculty and staff have come to expect for systems such as email, internet access, wireless networking, phone, and other enterprise systems.
Enterprise Systems
The Enterprise Systems unit provides enterprise application support, programming, business process analysis, reporting, and database administration support for all the administrative systems such as registration, admissions, grade entry, finance, and payroll. Many of these systems are available through the MyStritch campus portal and Jenzabar system.
Data Quality and Institutional Research
Data Quality and Institutional Research serves as a reliable source for information and analyses that are relevant and responsive to the needs of institutional planning and effectiveness, and data-driven decision making. Data Quality and Institutional Research is the primary source for official campus statistics, complying with federal, state, and university reporting standards and requirements, and supports environmental scanning, benchmarking, and peer analysis.
Project Management
The Project Management Office
coordinates/manages projects for the University from inception through implementation and
beyond. The Project Management Office is responsible for the development,
design and enforcement of the accepted University project management methodology
for all major technology projects at Cardinal Stritch University.
Library and Learning Services
The Cardinal Stritch University Library provides access to
the information and resources required to meet the needs of the programs and
interest of the University’s community. The library strives to provide access
to services that meet the needs of both traditional and non-traditional
students, faculty and staff. The Library Learning Services develops best
practices and methodologies to help coordinate activities such as
course-related instruction, the use of instructional classrooms, research
seminars, and instructional design. Library and Learning Services advocates
inspired learning through leadership in information literacy, design and
delivery of instructional programs and materials, and innovation in emerging
and instructional technologies.
