Labs and Classrooms


The Cardinal Stritch University Office of Information Services User Support Services team provides technical support to over 135 classrooms and over 30 public labs throughout the Stritch campus and remote locations. The team is responsible for the maintenance and services of all classroom and lab technology equipment. The User Support Services group provides “hands-on”intervention when classroom or lab technology stops working normally. We strive to diagnose and quickly resolve technology issues with a professional and friendly approach. The group provides a broad range of services in thefollowing areas:

  • Classroom technology support
  • Lab technology support
  • Audio Video Equipment Check-out
    • Digital Cameras
    • Laptops
    • Webcams
    • Etc.
  • Web Conferencing Solutions
  • And other end-user technology support 

Typical Lab Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 11:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 11:00pm
