Service Description

The Cardinal Stritch University Office of Information Services -Infrastructure Support -Telecommunications provides supervisor call reports, call center programming and agent assignments. Call Center Telecommunications database is documented and maintained by Information Services Telecommunication. 

How to Use this Service

If you require a new call center, changes to an existing call center, assistance with a call report or agent assignment changes, send an email request to mmwild@stritch.edu.
