Service Description

The Cardinal Stritch University Office of Information Services -Infrastructure Support -Telecommunications provides help with conference calling from your desktop phone, Polycom conference phone and the Meet-Me Bridge conference number. 

How to Use this Service

 1. Desktop Phones: You can conference in up to (5) other parties from your desktop phone (phone models 6408, 2410, 4610 and 9620) by using the conference button. 

2. Polycom Conference Phones: Use the Meet-Me Bridge Conference service when using the Polycom conference phones. Arrange with the telecommunications staff to have a Polycom conference phone placed in a conference room if it does not already have one. 

3. Meet-Me Bridge Conference Number: Using the Conference Bridge for up to 6 participants. Send an email request with your conferencing requirements to "mmwild@stritch.edu; jlgoggans@stritch.edu" .
