Service Description
User Support Services provides technical support for
classroom technology installed in all Cardinal Stritch University classrooms and
software installed on any computers deployed to the classrooms. Standard
technology in classrooms include, but not limited to, computers, printers,
projectors, screens, podiums, touch screen control systems, DVD/VCR players,
document cameras, and other audio video products.

How to Use this Service
Technology Support: Please contact the Help
Desk at (414) 410-4600 (or support@stritch.edu) if you encounter an
issue with any of the technical components in a classroom.
Software
Requests and Installations: Please contact the Help Desk at (414) 410-4600 (or
support@stritch.edu) if
you require specialized software to be acquired and installed on any classroom
computers.
Reserving a Classroom: To schedule a classroom, please contact
the Cardinal Stritch University Registrar's office.
Classroom Technology
Training: Classroom technology training is available throughout the year via
in-person classes and online videos. Please check the OIS training calendar to
view course offerings or the OIS website for online tutorials. If you would like
