Service Description
User Support Services
staff members (primarily Robert Wick and Eric Strelitzer) assist students,
faculty, and staff with multimedia projects. General multimedia services
include video/audio capturing, editing, and conversion (within appropriate
copyright accordiance).
Specialized media services include the use of
video conferencing, video recording studio (CFA120 or similar venue),
equipment such as lighting, cameras, tripods, microphones, props, and other
equipment. Green Screen technology is available, as well as, live web
streaming capabilities.
These services are available on an appointment
only basis. Services are available during normal working hours, but depend
upon the availability of staff resources, and technical support for the
software and hardware.

to make a service request.
For walk-up service, the Help Desk in
Bonaventure Hall or in the Library Commons, typically provides the first level
of support. For special media projects, a full-time User Support Services
employee will provide the next level of support.
Client
responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for abiding by Cardinal
Stritch University's guidelines and following established procedures.
- These guidelines include adhering to Federal copyright laws that protect the
creative work of artists, musicians, writers, and photographers.
- Clients
are responsible for backing up their files to optical media or portable hard
drive. User Support Services is not responsible for lost customer files on
Cardinal Stritch University computers.
