Service Description

This consulting service helps analyze and document business processes within or across departmental groups. This includes evaluating current processes/systems, collaborating to define future processes/systems, and documenting these processes through workflow diagrams. This consulting service can also provide recommendations, based on best practices, to improve operational effectiveness. Supplementary services include documentation, test plans, requirements gathering, and training documents.

This service often times works on initiatives related to large, complex efforts involving multiple departments or affecting large numbers of constituents.
