About Us
The Cardinal Stritch Counseling Center is a place you can find someone to talk with when you're feeling, lonely, depressed, confused, upset over a relationship, or just plain stressed.
The primary goals of the Counseling Center are to help students develop the personal awareness and skills necessary to explore new alternatives, define goals, overcome problems, make healthy life choices, and grow and develop in ways that will allow them to maximize their educational experience at Stritch.
It is our hope that our assistance will help not only today, but that the discussion and discovery we share in counseling will create lifelong changes and serve to help students fulfill their hopes, dreams, and potential.
Counseling Center staff is available to present on a wide variety of topics to classes, organizations, and residence halls.
Contact staff by calling the Wellness Center at (414) 410-4097 to schedule an appointment, or by calling or emailing the staff member you wish to contact.
