When to Seek Counseling

The Stritch Counseling Services staff provides support for students for a wide array of reasons, from mental health concerns, and school, family and relationship issues, to those seeking personal growth or to learn new relaxation methods or other positive coping skills.

  • You have increased your use of alcohol or other drugs (including cigarettes)
  • You feel overwhelmed by what is going on in your life
