The Office of the Registrar schedules courses and final examinations, approves off-campus course requests, and processes applications for graduation.

In addition, the office sets the academic calendar, registers students, issues transcripts, and verifies attendance, course load, and grade point for various reasons such as insurance and loan applications, athletic eligibility, honors, etc.

Office Hours and Locations

The Office of the Registrar is on the first floor of Bonaventure Hall.

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Our summer office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
