Applying for a Diploma/Degree

All degree students must apply for a diploma/degree even if not participating in the graduation ceremony.

To apply for a degree, print, fill out, and return the appropriate form below.

• College of Arts and Sciences, Education and Leadership and Nursing associate's/bachelor's degrees
• College of Arts and Sciences, Education and Leadership and Nursing master's/doctoral degrees
• College of Business and Management associate's/bachelor's degrees
• Colleges of Business and Management master's degrees

Deadlines

Degree-Granting Month -- Corresponding Application Deadline

• May -- March 1
• August -- Aug. 15
• December -- Oct. 1

If the graduation deadline falls on a weekend, applications will be accepted without a fee through the following Monday.

General Academic Information

The official graduation date is the date posted on the academic calendar.

If you are unable to fulfill your degree requirements, you must withdraw from graduation in writing and reapply for a future graduation date.

Diplomas will be mailed about two to three months after graduation.
