To receive individual help regarding questions or comments about the Cardinal Stritch University Web Policies and Procedures, contact Web Communications to set up an appointment. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during summer hours).

If you are having problems viewing or accessing content provided by
Stritch, please contact the Help Desk at (414) 410-4600 or fill out our Website Feedback form.
Complaints/Reporting Problems
The University welcomes comments and suggestions about the Web
services it provides. Anyone wishing to file a suggestion or complaint
may do so.
File your complaint with Web Communications for review, providing
sufficient information to help the team locate the problem, i.e. the URL
and the browser and version on which you are viewing the error, and
clearly state the reasons for the complaint. Once the complaint has been
assessed, the Web Communications team will take appropriate action and
inform you of their assessment and actions taken, if any, within 30
days.
