Social Media
YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other Internet resources can be useful ways to connect with students (or other audiences). However, when using social media to convey professional information as it pertains to the University, follow the Social Media Best Practices.

Stritch Social Media Directory
While you can set up a site on any social media platform, only those listed on the platforms below will be considered for the directory at this time. If you would like to be listed in the directory, please submit your site for consideration.
If you are considering setting up a new social media account, Web Communications stands ready to assist you. We encourage you to contact us to set up a time to discuss your goals and establishing a strategy to achieve them.
* YouTube is a popular way to reach large audiences with your videos. Stritch strongly discourages individual campus offices (schools, departments, student groups, etc.) from setting up their own YouTube channels. We instead encourage offices to use the official Stritch YouTube channel. The benefit to offices is accessing a much larger audience than they would on their own channel, and the benefit to the viewer is they are then linked in with all of the content Stritch has to offer on YouTube.
