A Midsummer Night's Dream

Set amongst the conflict of Industry vs. Nature, Stritch Performing Arts presents a fresh, slick 90 minute conceptualization of Shakespeare's classic tale of young lovers, quarrelling parents, mischievous fairies and willful artists lost among the chaos of a magical summer night.

A Midsummer Night's Dream is also a part of "Musings: Dreams of Industry V. Nature", a collaboration within the division of performing and visual arts including dance, music, and visual art works throughout the Joan Steele Stein Center for Communication and Fine Arts throughout the months of September and October.

"A Midsummer Night's Dream" is approximately 90 minutes long with no intermission.

 Stritch theater presents a visually stunning world premiere adaptation of the classic story of lavish royalty, envious stepsisters and transparent glass; where outlandish fashion becomes vice and things are not always quite what they seem.  

 "Cinderella" is approximately 60 minutes long with no intermission. 
**Stritch is proud to offer an ASL interpreted performance for the Deaf Community on Monday, February 8th at 10am.
