Applying for a Diploma/Degree
All degree students must apply for a diploma/degree even if not participating in the graduation ceremony.
To apply for a degree, print, fill out and return the appropriate form below.
- May -- March 1
- August -- Aug. 15
- December -- Oct. 1
If the graduation deadline falls on a weekend, applications will be accepted without a fee through the following Monday.
General Academic Information
The official graduation date is the date of the commencement ceremony.
If you are unable to fulfill your degree requirements, you must withdraw from graduation in writing and reapply for a future graduation date.
Diplomas will be mailed about two to three months after graduation.
