Technology Help Desk

With technology support available via phone, Help Desk Portal, and walk up location on campus, the Cardinal Stritch University Technology Help Desk is the single point of contact for students, faculty and staff with regards to any technology related questions or concerns. We will work with you to resolve most technology problems you may experience.

The Technology Help Desk will be closed Friday June 30th at 4:30pm returning on Wednesday July 5 at 8:00am.

Technology Help Desk Summer Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm

  • Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

  • Sunday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm

New Location! - BH023B


We are excited to announce that our Technology Help Desk team has moved to a new location on campus: BH023B. We spent the previous years in the main lobby of Bonaventure Hall near all of the math rooms and computer labs — our old location served us well, and we made great memories there, but we could not be more excited about our new space.

New! DigiCopy


You can also pick up and drop off your DigiCopy (aka the Copy Center) at the Technology Help Desk. All of your orders will be dropped off with us once they are ready. We will call/email you the notice to come and pick up your order. If you are looking for training on how to use the new website you can stop by and any of our student workers can give you a quick training on the basics.
