Our Technology Help Desk provides support for technology issues inluding:

  • Username and password issues
  • Computer and classroom labs
  • DigiCopy: All employees are expected to utilize the Digicopy for Copy Center requests (printing, copying, finishing). ALL orders must be placed in the new website so that an invoice is created. This one requires the use of your 28 digit department code. To access the site you will need to self-register using your Stritch email account and a password that you create (exp: @stritch.edu).
  • Student Getting Started Guide: Congratulations on becoming a Stritch Student! Once you complete the steps to activate your account, you will have access to Stritch Resources including Wolfmail, MyStritch, University computers, Canvas, and more.
  • Stritch ID Card Guide: At Stritch we want to make your identity within our community safe, convenient and comprehensive.
  • Parking Guide: You can now pick up your parking pass during the Technology Help Desk hours. We are located in the lower level of Bonaventure Hall near the computer labs.
  • Print Services (PaperCut): Print stations are available for use by staff, faculty, and students in all Cardinal Stritch University public computing spaces. The typical print station includes at least one black & white printer, one color printer, and one multi-function device.

New! DigiCopy

You can also pick up and drop off your DigiCopy (aka the Copy Center) at the Technology Help Desk. All of your orders will be dropped off with us once they are ready. We will call/email you the notice to come and pick up your order. If you are looking for training on how to use the new website you can stop by and any of our student workers can give you a quick training on the basics.
