The Power of People Workshops
Workshops on optimizing human capital to build leadership capacity
Organizations must effectively utilize their human capital to remain competitive. In a recent poll, CEOs listed three "people strategies" needing attention: the ability to drive change, build leadership capacity, and maintain a positive, productive culture.
Cardinal Stritch University's College of Business and Management has partnered with Stritch's Leadership Center to offer three four-hour workshops on these topics, designed for organizational leaders (supervisor, manager, director, VP), business owners and HR professionals. Participants will gain strategic knowledge in theory and practical, organizational application.
Cost
- $125/workshop, $300/three workshops
- Stritch students/alumni: $65/workshop, $180/three workshops
