International Leadership Certificate Program in Italy
Presented by the faculty of the Cardinal Stritch University Leadership Center
Cardinal Stritch University will offer the first International Leadership Certificate Program at Pieve International School in Corciano, Italy, in partnership with Rossella Vasta, dottore in filosofia, University of Perugia. The program is open to American, Italian and leaders worldwide to jointly increase global awareness, effectiveness and impact.
This leadership program is designed to advance the talents of new and current leaders for personal, organizational and societal transformation, representing education, health care, government, corporate, nonprofit, religious/spiritual and other service sectors. The program will be facilitated by experienced Ph.D. faculty members.
We develop leadership knowledge, skills and values needed locally, nationally and in today’s global word across three unique domains:
Leading self to enhance self-awareness and clarity of purpose
Leading learning organizations for sustainability
Leading to serve, which builds leadership capacity and transforms individuals, organizations and society
Our concept of leading to serve suggests that in serving our organizations, we intentionally build the capacity of other leaders to promote the sustainability of our organizations to handle the most significant problems facing the world today. The design of the program is highly interactive, practical in nature, and grounded in research to capitalize on the experiences and expertise of our participants.
