Coaching for Leaders

In today's lean organization, all members need to perform at their very best.

Coaching helps people discover and leverage strengths, clarify values and commitment, recognize obstacles to success and identify a course of action to maximize performance. Coaching is a way to bridge gaps between where you are today and where you would like to be.

Class sessions foster self-awareness and assessment and individuals practice coaching using research based leadership practices that support changes on the part of those who are coached. Our programs emphasize the process of coaching and engages leaders by applying the coaching process to real issues.
