Each year, the Higher Education Marketing Report runs the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. There are over 2,000 submissions from over 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from all fifty states and other countries. This year, we are proud to join a short list of 208 institutions that won silver awards. Of great interest, we also outrank our competitors in Wisconsin by bringing home these five wins! Round 1: With the help of Mark Boergers, from the Performing Arts Department, the first of two Pandora ads has ran for the Milwaukee market. This was the first time University Marketing placed ads on Pandora and we tracked clicks to gauge our ROI. This ran from 11/2/2015 to 11/22/2015.


Round 2: With the help of our very own Kat Wetherbee, from University Marketing, this second Pandora ad targeted to listeners in the greater Madison area. This ran from 12/1/2015 to 12/31/2015

A campaign set up where people can text certain words to the number 44222 and receive the option to download a PDF if they supply their email address. Once supplied the PDF will be emailed to them and through that we'll have their email to contact them further about applying to Stritch.

Through the text-to-download campaign, and High School, Transfer, Evening, and Graduate student based landing pages, interested students have the opportunity to download informative brochures designed for their particular population. These digital brochures are based off printed ones that are mailed out to interested students, and available at key locations around campus.

Students are asked to fill out their name, email address, phone number, and program of interest before they are given the option to download the brochure. The collected information is passed to University Admissions to then be contacted by a counselor.

As of 6/6/16, we continue to promote our academic programs, department information, events, news, updates, and alumni mentions. We are still experiencing positive trends as followers of University accounts continues to grow, reaching a new all-time high of 31,249 followers on these major platforms: 2,911 on Facebook, 2,531 on Twitter, 25,110 on LinkedIn, 398 on Instagram, 293 on Snapchat and 6 on Pinterest.
