Professional Development & Continuing Education

If you are a teacher or school leader looking for ways to become a more effective educator, are thinking about earning an advanced degree, or want additional certification, the professional development and continuing education opportunities at Cardinal Stritch University will enhance your expertise and your career.

Professional Development for Educators and Leaders

The College of Education and Leadership (COEL) at Cardinal Stritch University will provide Professional Development opportunities for organizations throughout Wisconsin. Districts can access a variety of professional development courses based on their individual district needs. The Principals’ Center offers learning opportunities for school district leaders through six breakfast conversations throughout the year.  Southeastern Wisconsin Educator Project (SWEP) supports induction programs through a collaboration among local school districts.

Currently, COEL is piloting micro-credentials to support professional development for area school districts.  If your district would be interested in learning more about micro-credentials, contact
