New Freshmen
High school students or recent graduates
- No application fee
- No deadline to apply, priority is given to new freshman applications completed before December 1, 2021
- New freshman must submit copies of official high school transcripts
- Applicants must complete a required personal essay as part of the application process
- Applicants are encouraged to include volunteer experience, work history, letters of recommendation and extracurricular activities as part of the application process
- For 2022 Admission: Cardinal Stritch University is test-optional. This means we will review your application for admission and scholarships with or without ACT (4568) or SAT (1100) scores.

Transfer Students
- No application fee
- No deadline to apply. Application should be completed before the Fall or Spring semester start
- A official final high school transcript (if less than 12 transferable college credits have been completed)
- Official transcript(s) from all college or university level course work
- Applicants must complete a require personal essay as part of the application process
- Applicants are encouraged to include volunteer experience, work history, letters of recommendation and extracurricular activities as part of the application process
- Additional requirements such as a placement test may be added
Students who transfer from a Wisconsin Tech School under an approved Articulation Agreement will be able to transfer all of their credits earned in their Associate’s Degree.
In the transfer process, credits only are transferred and not grades; however, grades are used to determine cumulative GPA which is used to award scholarships.

Adult Undergraduate Evening/Online
Complete the Stritch Application and include:
- Resume demonstrating a minimum 2 year history of full-time employment.
- College Transcripts
- High School Transcripts if No College
- Accuplacer Test if No College

International Students
Complete the Stritch Application and include:
- Transcripts, If transcripts are from outside the US, an International Transcript Evaluation is required.
- English Language Proficiency Test (if less than 24 credits taken in US).

Early College Credit Program
Earn College Credits In High School
High school students at public and private high schools in Wisconsin can earn college credit through the ECCP (Early College Credit Program). In this program you can receive access to courses that may not be offered at your current high school, and experience what college coursework is like.
