I am Dr. Ralph Rich, but most people call me Dr. Ralph.

My educational career at the college level is over 20 years with 18 years at Cardinal Stritch University and teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in the College of Business Management, including most subjects of Management, Finance, Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, along with Capstone research courses. I have also helped create and update several courses, especially for the online programs. I am also a dissertation adviser for another institution, and I love working with proactive students who want to improve their lives!

My background incudes a practical business career working in various positions with Procter & Gamble, Polaroid, Frito-Lay, Bonneville Telecommunications, Fort Howard, Hoffmaster, and Airadigm Communications. I have lived in Tucson, Kansas City, Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Salt Lake City, and Green Bay. I also have my own consulting company, where I advise and counsel company CEOs, COOs, and presidents on how to be more effective with organizational leadership, strategic planning, and strategic marketing.

I have degrees in Psychology (BS), Business (MBA), and Education (EdD). I am married, and my wife and I have 10 children (6 hers and 4 mine). I love history, literature, music, and several outdoor activities.

My StrengthsFinder(R) profile is: Ideation, Strategic, Input, Learner, and Maximizer. My Myers-Briggs profile is an INTP.

My favorite quote is from Thomas Jefferson: "Do not put off until tomorrow what you can do today because if you like it today, you can do it again tomorrow!"
