Andy Reza (He/Him/His) has proudly served as the Multicultural Programs Coordinator since Fall of 2018. Before working at Stritch, Andy served as the Coordinator of Diversity Education at the University of Central Oklahoma. Andy received his B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College in 2009 before receiving his M.Ed in Adult and Higher Education – Student Personnel at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2017.
Andy describes himself as a proud member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, an avid book reader, and a lover of sports. In his spare time, he enjoys singing karaoke and playing softball. Andy is passionate about intersectionality, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and he wants to ensure that every student feels supported, validated, affirmed, and welcomed at Stritch.
Andy's work is two-fold: to create programs and events on campus related to social justice, diversity, and understanding difference and to co-advise the multicultural student organizations.
Andy has an open door policy -- and loves to chat with students! Feel free to stop by at any time!

"The closeknit community that students and staff find at Stritch goes above and beyond anywhere else I have ever worked. Students engage and strive to become global citizens while becoming emotionally, physically, and spiritually invested in themselves and in the Stritch community. The sense of drive makes me want to be a better person; it excites me to go to work every day!"
