As a member of the University’s Leadership Cabinet, her role is to provide strategic planning and guidance on services to enhance the student experience at Stritch. Having invested over 20 years in higher education, she has a deep understanding of student development theory and practice, along with extensive experience in effective leadership, strategic planning, fiscal oversight, and process management. Why Stritch?

"What I have enjoyed the most about working at Cardinal Stritch University is that the faculty, staff, and students of this community are truly committed to living out the Franciscan Values. This is evident in the work inside and outside of the classroom. Once you become a member of the Stritch Family, you are embraced by a team of people dedicated to providing you a transformative experience that will help you be successful, and reach your full potential, in the ways you choose to lead and serve others. While I love the work that I do on a daily basis, I do have two favorite times of the academic year – the start and the end. The start being New Student Convocation because we are inducting the newest members of our community, and the end being graduation, because we get to see how much our graduates have grown and are ready to take on a new charge as members of the Stritch alumni community. Go Wolves! "
